Returns policy.

We hope that you love every item you purchase from Sustle.
However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods,
provided we receive them back within 14 days of purchase and it is in perfect original / unworn, saleable condition with any original tags & packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 REFUNDS: (IF APPLICABLE)

Please e-mail us using the contact button in the footer and we will contact you within 48 hours.
List your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return on a note inside the package.

If approved (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund i s completed.

EXCHANGES:

We are currently not able to process exchanges; please return your purchase as above and we will refund you for the item as long as i t i s returned within 14 days, unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

Please then re-order your new item once you have been refunded.
All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning an item over £50, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
